This Shipping Policy explains how order processing, shipping, delivery, and related matters are handled for purchases made on kymento.com. By placing an order with Kymento, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.

Processing time includes order verification, payment authorization, preparation of items for shipment, and handover to the shipping carrier. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays begin processing on the next business day.

During peak periods, promotions, or high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.


2. Shipping Destinations

Kymento currently ships to the following locations only:

United States

Canada

We do not ship to other international destinations, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

 

3. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Free Shipping on All Orders

Kymento offers free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. Shipping costs are fully covered by Kymento and will always be displayed as $0.00 at checkout.

 

4. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after an order has been shipped (not including processing time).

Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days

Express Shipping

Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volume.


5. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note:

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment.

Tracking accuracy is controlled by the carrier.

If you do not receive tracking details or have concerns about your shipment, contact info@kymento.com.


6. Split Shipments

In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages. If this occurs:

You may receive multiple tracking numbers

Items may arrive on different dates

You will not be charged additional shipping fees due to split shipments.


7. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout, including apartment or unit numbers where applicable.

Kymento is not responsible for:

Delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

Packages refused or not collected by the recipient

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, reshipment may require address confirmation and additional processing time.


8. Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps:

1. Check the delivery area and nearby locations

2. Confirm with household members or neighbors

3. Contact the carrier directly for delivery confirmation

4. Email info@kymento.com within 7 days of the delivery scan

We will assist where possible, but once a carrier confirms delivery, responsibility generally transfers to the customer.

 

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

Lost in transit: If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with you to find an appropriate resolution.

Stolen after delivery: Kymento is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Package protection is not offered at this time.

 

10. Damaged Items During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, please contact info@kymento.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:

Your order number

Clear photos of the damaged item

Photos of the shipping box and label

Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate solution in accordance with our Refund Policy.


11. Carrier Delays & Force Majeure

Kymento is not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Weather events

Carrier disruptions

Natural disasters

Labor strikes

Government actions

We appreciate your patience in such cases and will communicate updates when available.

 

12. Pre-Orders & Backorders

Kymento does not offer pre-orders or backorders. All products available for purchase are in stock at the time of order.

 

13. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to update your shipping address or request an order cancellation, contact info@kymento.com as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered processing or shipped, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
