This Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and related matters are handled for purchases made on kymento.com. By placing an order with Kymento, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility
Kymento accepts returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
• All accessories, manuals, and components must be included
• Proof of purchase is required
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Items marked as final sale
• Gift cards
• Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration not caused by shipping
Kymento reserves the right to determine whether a returned item qualifies for a refund.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, you must contact us before sending any items back.
Please email info@kymento.com with the following information:
• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for the return
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable. Kymento is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing typically takes 5–10 business days after inspection
Please note that additional time may be required for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.
6. Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, including but not limited to:
• Items returned with missing parts
• Items not in original condition
• Items returned outside the return window
Partial refunds, if applicable, will be determined at Kymento’s discretion.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time:

Exchanges
Kymento does not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product (subject to eligibility) and place a new order.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact info@kymento.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
• Photos of the shipping packaging and label
Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
9. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if the request is received before the order enters processing.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return procedure.
10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Kymento may delay resolution and refund eligibility.

11. Policy Updates
Kymento reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will apply to orders placed after the effective date listed above.
